March 16, 2006 - + 3 - 3 [News] Good News!We're still alive and kicking! Seems to be the favorite saying of everybody these days but seriously.. we're so busy working on kick-ass new toys that we haven't had time to post news. So what's in the works? Well.. I could tell you but then I'd have to kill you.. The =EOA= Players Consortium is currently working on a project that will bring about a new age of Freelancer gaming. Big claims yes? Well we're excited because it isn't every day that you are able to add a revolutionary new way for mod makers to enhance their projects in a way the game never supported before. Heard about FLHook and FLShell? Well these projects are only the tip of the iceberg. What am I talking about anyway? Well with the help of our latest recruit, grover, we are in the process of creating a DLL addon system for the game. This means that when we are done the programmers among you can create game features like those in FLShell--and much more--and have it fully integrated with the game as if it were a feature in the original game. Want server administration? How about our fine Real Economy addon? Whatever your desires are you can accomplish them, if you have the skills. This is what we will be providing.. however, we need some help. We are asking that anyone who is currently working on projects similar to this to please contact us to coordinate your projects with us. At this time we ask that nobody else contact us about this until we have reached our first phase goal for the project. Freelancer Revolution coming soon to a PC near you!
