December 16, 2005 - + 3 - 3 [Resource] Direct Connect v0.7 by Louva-DeusSorry all for the wait but Direct Connect v0.7 is out for all to enjoy and features eight new servers: Freelancer Coalition, Cursed Earth, all three Lansdale servers, Hamburg City, Evolved, and Freelancer Nightmare. Again, just launch the game from the new shortcut created on your desktop and choose the LAN option when playing Multiplayer.While this is one of the few solutions to the Global Server problem right now we are working on creating a seamless interface to automatically launch the game with a given server pre-loaded from a webpage link. When this software has been completed it will be one of the premier features of the next QuickFix patch. There are still a few problems to work out but I am announcing this now so that we might get some feedback from server admins; this is not an announcement of an expected time of completion.
